Psychiatric Wellness, owned and operated by Elisabeth Mustachia (she/her), a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing and has been a nurse since 2003. She provides integrative psychiatric care, a method that uses a holistic, whole-body, approach that utilizes nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and natural medicine to ensure your well-being and optimize outcomes for each patient. In addition to psychiatric care, Elisabeth also provides therapeutic treatment using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and ImTT (Image transformation therapy) to help patients reduce anxiety and heal from trauma.

Jeannie TallBear (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner and has been in the healthcare field since 2002. She has worked with clients throughout the lifespan and from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Jeannie believes in using a holistic approach including nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, therapies, medication when needed, and even cultural practices to help her clients achieve the best version of themselves. She sees clients ages 12 and up. She has several years of experience caring for foster children who have endured various traumas. Jeannie hopes to continue working with children, but is also dedicated to working with adults.

Ronda Armendariz (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) trained in EMDR and EFT. She sees adults and adolescents from ages 16 and up. Ronda is trauma-informed and believes that her own life experiences with mental health uniquely help her understand what others are going through because she has been in their shoes. Ronda loves helping all kinds of people/families. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment including lifestyle changes, therapy, nutrition and various psychotropic medications when needed. Ronda works with people in many different areas including ADHD, PTSD, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, physical and/or sexual abuse, parenting, trauma, relationships, anger management, couples, postpartum and thought disorders. She has many years of clinical experience working with all populations and diagnoses. Therapy approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Client Centered Unconditional Positive Regard. “I’m passionate about helping people know that they don’t have to live like that. Allison Jackson (she/her) is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Allison has been a registered nurse since 2003, gaining experience in a variety of healthcare settings.

As a PMHNP, Allison is committed to providing high-quality integrative mental health care to clients. She will be offering therapeutic EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) along with medication, life-style and nutritional interventions. She takes a holistic approach to care, working with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Allison sees clients ages 18 and up. She also believes in the importance of educating her clients about their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their own care.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great outdoors. She is also an avid reader and enjoys learning about new developments in the field of mental health.

Jennifer Davis (she/her) is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been dedicated to healthcare since 2013. Her interest in mental health grew from her own experience with anxiety. She enjoys working with patients from ages 8 and up, with a special focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Jennifer takes a well-rounded approach to offer personalized care based on each individual’s situation, resources, and understanding.

She collaborates closely with her clients to develop customized plans that may involve lifestyle adjustments, therapy, supplements, and medication when necessary. Jennifer is also skilled in techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) to better serve her clients’ needs.

Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in family time, spending time with pets, and exploring new places through travel. She also expresses herself through various forms of art including painting, drawing, and photography.

Sarah Senger (she/her) is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is well versed in helping those who have experienced psychological trauma and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and is able to utilize a variety of tools to help her clients to heal including life-style changes, nutritional interventions and medications when needed. She currently sees clients ages 13 and up. With over two decades of experience working with in the healthcare industry, Sarah has worked with clients experiencing stressful situations from many different backgrounds in a variety of settings, honing her skills and expertise. Most notably, she dedicated 11 years as a school nurse in her rural community, providing essential care, assisting with community resources and support to students and their families. Sarah specializes in treating teens and adults who have experienced emotional trauma as well as those with mood and anxiety disorders. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of her patients, Sarah brings a compassionate holistic and patient-centered approach to her practice. With a strong commitment to life-long learning, Sarah strives to make a positive impact in the lives of her clients.
